		<description>Nice article Matt.  I&#039;ve recently lowered the weight on my rows so that I can do them with more concentration on pulling with my back and getting a shoulder squeeze at the end.  I also decided to start alternating pullups and chin ups between sets just short of failure.  It&#039;s certainly helped me to improve the amount of reps that I can do with both.  It&#039;s nice to see that my intuition seems to jive with what you say.</description>
